I have used this business twice before and had pleasant experiences and the service was really good. But my most recent experience left me searching for a different place for future needs. They did a decent job on my boat cushions but their customer service is almost non existent. They are so busy they don't seem to care about customer relations anymore. They are quite pricey as well.

I have a 2014 challenger, there was a tear along the stitches on the back rest. Every single place I went to within an hour of me turned me away because the seat has an airbag, and it’s “too much of a liability”Classic vinyl gave me an amazing quote, and assured me they could do it. They had me sign a waiver, and had my seat stitched within 2 hours, maybe less. Drove 2 hours to have the seat stitched, 100% worth it.

The seat in our 2028 Subaru Outback had a tear in it, and was getting worse. We took it in to Classic Vinyl Repair in Wilmington and they matched it up with the original. It only took them about an hour from the time I dropped it off until it was ready. It looks as good as new. We are very satisfied with the result!

I recently had my car serviced and went to pick up my vehicle only to see a bright orange streak on my center console that was not there before dropping off the vehicle. It seems that one of the technicians had gotten permanent marker on it and used a bleaching solution to try and get the mark off. In some cases this will actually cause the black ink of a sharpie into to turn a neon orange/red color. I was so upset until the GM offered to have it fixed at Classic Vinyl. I made an appointment and was in and out within an hour. They were able to completely remove the streak and had the cutest little pup in the waiting area named Sasha to keep me company. Highly recommend this place.
